3. Custom Products & Artwork Responsibility

Most products offered on Personify.design are custom-made. When uploading artwork, you agree that:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use the artwork

  • Your file is correctly sized, high resolution, and ready for production

  • We print exactly what you upload unless an editing service is purchased

Personify.design is not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork.

4. Order Processing & Production Times

Processing times may vary based on order volume and product type.
We begin production shortly after an order is placed.

Once printing begins, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are displayed in the appropriate currency.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Payments must be completed before production starts.
We use secure third-party payment processors. Your payment details are not stored on our servers.

6. Shipping

Delivery times vary based on location and courier service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions.

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist with a resolution.

7. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Because all custom items are made to order:

  • All sales are final

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Refunds or reprints are only offered for verified production errors or damaged items

8. Colour & Product Variations

Colours may look slightly different in print due to screen variations, brightness, and device settings.
Minor differences in shade or tone are not considered defects.

Garment brands or styles may be substituted with equal or better alternatives if stock issues occur.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

  • Upload illegal, copyrighted, or offensive designs

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions

  • Disrupt website performance or security

  • Misuse our intellectual property

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these conditions.

All content on Personify.design — including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and images — is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.

Artwork you upload remains your property; we do not reuse or distribute it.

11. Limitation of Liability

Personify.design is not liable for:

  • Customer-uploaded artwork issues

  • Incorrect file sizes or low-resolution designs

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Losses arising from misuse of our products

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability will not exceed the cost of your order.
