Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Personify.design. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered after purchase.


1. Order Processing Time

Every order is custom-made.
Typical processing times:

DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets

  • 1–2 business days (depending on order volume)

Custom Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, etc.)

  • 2–4 business days

We begin production shortly after your order is placed.
Once printing starts, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship using reliable courier partners.
Options may include:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping

  • Tracked Delivery

Available options and prices will appear at checkout.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows once shipped:

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

  • International Orders: 5–14 business days (depending on location)

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, customs, or peak seasons.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number (if available)

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Location

  • Weight

  • Shipping method

Special offers (e.g., free shipping over a certain amount) may apply during promotions.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Personify.design is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

  • Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in opening a claim with the courier.


7. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  2. Email us within 48 hours

  3. We will arrange a replacement after verification

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


9. International Shipping & Customs

For overseas orders:

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Processing times at customs may cause delays.

Personify.design does not cover customs charges or taxes.
