Refund policy
At Personify.design, every order is produced custom to your artwork and specifications. Because our products are made-to-order, we follow a clear and fair return and refund policy to protect both our customers and our production workflow.
1. No Returns on Custom Products
All DTF transfers, gang sheets, T-shirts, hoodies, and custom apparel are printed specifically for each customer’s order.
For this reason:

We do not accept returns for custom or personalised items.

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or reprint if:

You received the wrong design or wrong product.

The print arrived damaged during shipping.
-
There is a manufacturing defect caused by us.
-
The print quality is significantly different from what was provided in your artwork.
Note:
We print exactly what you upload. If the artwork you submit is low quality, pixelated, or incorrectly sized, Personify.design is not responsible for the resulting print.
3. Artwork Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Correct sizing of designs on gang sheets

Image resolution
-
Removing backgrounds (unless our artwork service is purchased)

Correct colours and layout in the uploaded file
We do not offer refunds for artwork errors provided by the customer.
4. Order Cancellation
Because we begin processing orders quickly:

Orders can only be cancelled before printing begins.

Once printing or garment preparation has started, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
5. Shipping Issues
If your order is damaged during delivery:

Take clear photos of the damaged package and product.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at karl@personify.design.

We will replace the affected items after verification.
Lost shipments will be handled according to the carrier’s policies.
6. Colour Disclaimer
Due to differences in screens, brightness settings, and devices:
Printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
Minor colour variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.
